What is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and why do I need one?

A Non-Disclosure Agreement is legally binding contract that creates a confidential relationship between a person who holds some information and a person to whom the secret will be disclosed. On DesignCrowd, the information will be the creative brief also referred to as a design brief.

As a customer, you will get an additional level of acknowledgement from each individual designer that no information from your brief will be disclosed to any third party, including platforms, and the information will only be used to create the submissions for your project. Moreover, the Non-Disclosure Agreement will also stop any design submissions from being indexed on search engines or displayed on designer's portfolios on DesignCrowd or other third party websites and platforms.

This add on can be purchased on Step 3 when placing your order.
