  1. Don't pressure customers to guarantee project.
  2. Don't be offensive to other users including customers, designers and the DC Admin team.
  3. Don't harass customers to increase payment.
  4. Don't display inappropriate behavior.
  5. Don't engage in any fraudulent activity.
  6. Be courteous and respectful towards all users on the site (customers, designer, DC Admin team) at all times.
  7. Don't share your personal contact information through DesignCrowd unless permitted by Designcrowd, requested by the client, and only once you have been selected as the winner.
  8. Don't request for the client's personal contact information unless it is relevant or required by the project.
  9. Don't spam design contests. This behaviour irritates customers. See this FAQ about mock ups and the purpose of linking design concepts.
  10. Provide original artwork.
  11. Follow the design standards. See guide to submitting designs for more information.
  12. Do submit a design that meets the brief requirements.
  13. Do submit a design before the deadline.
  14. Submit designs free from personal watermarks.
  15. Do not use placeholder or dummy submissions, these are not permitted.
  16. Never use stock images, clip-art or purchased vectors in a logo design, illustration design or icon design contest.
  17. Use of stock images in any other contest must be declared.
  18. The Customer should be informed if proper licences should be acquired.
  19. Don't pressure customers to remove negative star ratings as they have the rights to evaluate your design however they see fit.
  20. Don't spam our Support inbox with multiple emails for the same subject and irrelevant or baseless design issue reports.
