Although not encouraged, mock-ups are an acceptable way to present your design. However, to avoid possible confusion for your client, you must follow these guidelines:
- You must submit a flat design as your first submission to a project brief.
- For flat file submissions, use a solid color background, white preferred.
- Mock-ups can only be submitted as a linked design to the original flat file submission.
- You are not allowed to submit multiple mock-ups for one design unless requested by the customer.
- The description for mock-ups must clearly state the "submission is for presentation purposes only"
The examples below demonstrate what types of mock ups are preferred and accepted and what presentation styles are discouraged.
