If your design is selected as winner, our Designer/Client Contract indicates that you transfer all the rights and ownership to the customer. This means you are no longer entitled to use the design without the customer's consent. Should you want to display your design in your own website, blog or Facebook page, you will need to get authorization from your customer to do so.
You may, however, use the design solely for promotional purposes as part of your DesignCrowd portfolio.
You may not display your design (whether it has been selected winner or not) outside of our platform or in your portfolio if the work is submitted to a Project that Client has selected as a "private". In other words, if a design submission of yours is not being shown in your portfolio despite you choosing to "Show" it, that means the design was submitted to a Private project and you are therefore not allowed to display it outside the site.
