Why do I have to pay monthly or annually for a logo?

When purchasing a subscription, you are not paying monthly or annually for just a logo - you also to get access to our whole design platform which includes many design tools and thousands of templates to help you create designs for business cards, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, letterheads, email signatures and even websites.

Can I purchase the logo as a one-time payment?

Certainly! You can achieve a one-time payment by purchasing the Premium Logo Pack and canceling the subscription before the end of month one. Rest assured that you will still own the license to use the logo indefinitely.

This would essentially be like a one-time charge. Just don't forget to cancel it. You'll still have access to the logo files and you'll still retain the license and files to use it even after you've canceled the subscription.

What happens after I purchase a logo?

Once your logo has been purchased, you will be directed to a Download Page with access to all industry standard formats. Moreover, an email will be sent to you with a link to this same page. Now, it’s time to start creating other designs with your new logo!

Can I customize my logo further after I purchase it?

Yes, purchasing a package from us should give you access to our Logo Editor which will allow you to continue tweaking the logo to your liking. For more complex customization, you may reach out to our Support Team and we will be happy to assist!

Can I change my logo to a different one after purchase?

You are not able to change your logo to a different one after purchase, given that each purchase is associated to a single logo. That said, you are able to purchase additional logos at a discounted price.

How much does purchasing a logo cost?

We currently offer two different packages which include a logo:

• Premium Logo Pack (Typically $25 / month): Aside from the files to your logo, you also to get access to our whole design platform which includes many design tools and thousands of templates to help you create designs for business cards, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, letterheads, email signatures and even basic websites.

• Premium Logo Pack + Website (Typically $34 / month): Aside from the files to your logo, you also to get access to our whole design platform which includes many design tools and thousands of templates to help you create designs for business cards, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, letterheads, email signatures and premium websites.

We are able to offer you a discount code if you consider purchasing one of our packages and even better rates should you select an annual plan.

Does the Premium Logo Pack include free business card printing?

The Premium Logo Pack gives you unlimited access to our Suite of Design Tools which allow you to create branding (business card, letterhead, email signature), social media (profile picture, photo cover, post), print (poster, flyer, menus, etc.), web and other types of designs, with your new logo.

However, printing of an item needs to be paid separately.
