How can I cancel my subscription?
We understand that you've decided to cancel your subscription but before you proceed with the cancellation, we'd like to highlight some of the benefits you'll be missing out on once your subscription ends:
- Logo Editor: Create different color and text variations of your logo.
- Social Media Design Makers: Create and download the following social media designs: profile picture, cover photo, and social media posts.
- Brand Identity Design Makers: Create and download the brand identity designs to kick off our business, including business card, letterhead, email signature, poster, flyer, invoice, gift voucher, and more.
- Custom Design Maker: Create custom designs with custom dimensions that contain your logo, other photos, texts, or any shapes in our shape library.
- Website Builder: Create a professional looking website with all basic information about your business, including your new logo, business description, image gallery, videos, contact details and forms, links to your social media accounts and many other features.
Our customers find these items essential for successfully promoting their brand, and we aim to provide a one-stop platform for all of these needs.
However, if you still prefer to cancel your subscription, you may navigate to My Account > Account Settings > Manage Subscription tab, click on the three dots (...) under the package details, and hit the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button. Your perpetual access to your account and logo files will not be affected if you cancel the subscription.
In the event that you need to create and download additional designs (logo variations, social media designs, brand identity designs & custom designs) for your logo/s in the future when your premium account expires, you may reactivate it on your upgrade account page or through your Manage Subscriptions tab.
I cannot find the option to cancel my subscription?
You may navigate to My Account > Account Settings > Manage Subscription tab, click on the three dots (...) under the package details, and hit the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button.
When logged in, if you cannot find the My Account > Account Settings (you only see "Sign Out"), you might have multiple accounts and are logged in to the incorrect one. Please try an alternative email address.
Can I get a refund after I've made the purchase?
Logo and digital assets purchases are non-refundable given the files are made available to you immediately after purchase.
For print items, we are able to grant refunds on orders that haven't been sent to production.
Can I get a refund on my most recent subscription renewal charge?
If your refund request is made within 7 days of the auto renewal occurring, we are happy to process a full refund on the latest charge. However, if it’s made outside of the window, we will unfortunately not be able to process your request.
Can I get a refund on my domain?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for domains. As per our Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions by our domain provider, which are made available during checkout, we will not be able to refund any fees paid associated with domain purchases.
I selected the $5 option but was charged $60 instead. I want a refund!
Please note that the reason our Annual Plans are heavily discounted is because you commit to paying for the full year upfront. During checkout, our packages indicate that the monthly amount will be billed yearly as well as the full amount appearing prior to making payments.
You have actually saved a large amount by selecting our annual plan. However, if you prefer to downgrade to monthly, we can charge the regular rate (typically $15/month) and refund the difference.
