What if I don't like the designs submitted to my Design Contest?

Once you have created a logo contest or any other graphic design project, you can request a refund of your project budget under our 100% money back guarantee policy! The exception to this is where you have guaranteed/committed to your budget.

If you have guaranteed your budget, you can still:

• Extend the deadline to get more designs
• Invite other designers to respond
• Provide feedback to the designers who have already submitted
• Eliminate designs that have already been submitted

This is one of the main benefits of using DesignCrowd design crowdsourcing over a traditional graphic design firm or freelance design - you are not committed to a single designer and you minimize your risk.


Keep in mind that you should communicate clearly what you want in your project and give feedback to designers along the way. If you are unhappy with the initial results, the best approach is to extend your deadline, provide feedback to designers and/or post more information. Working and communicating with the designers always achieves the best results.
