What is account verification and how do I get my account verified?

As a new designer we need to verify that your designs will meet our Design Guidelines and Design Quality Standards.


While your account remains unverified:

  • Your designs will be reviewed by our Team prior to being posted on the project.
  • Designs under review will remain hidden in your portfolio.
  • If you pass verification, your submissions will appear in your portfolio, you will be able to post messages in the comments board; and you will also be eligible to receive paid invitations to projects.


In order to get verified, you will need to have three - five approved designs submitted to at least three different paid projects. Note that variations of the same design will not count.

  • Your designs are reviewed and will be approved or rejected by our Team within 48 hours.
  • Please do your best work when submitting designs, as having three rejected designs may lead to your account being rejected and permanently closed.
  • You must limit the number of design concept submitted to a project to three, unless the customer explicitly requests more.
  • Do not submit more than 2 or 3 variations of the same design unless requested by the customer
  • Excessive number of variations of the same design submitted to a project may result in your account being rejected.

 

We'll send you an email confirming your account is verified or rejected.
