How can I access my account?

To access your account, go to our homepage and click the “Log in” button found in the top right corner, which will allow you to login using your email address, Google or Facebook.

What does my subscription include?

Aside from getting access to your Logo Files, your Premium Account gives you access to our Suite of Design Tools, including:

- Logo Editor: Create different color and text variations of your logo.

- Social Media Design Makers: Create and download the following social media designs: profile picture, cover photo, and social media posts.

- Brand Identity Design Makers: Create and download the brand identity designs to kick off our business, including business card, letterhead, email signature, poster, flyer, invoice, gift voucher, and more.

- Custom Design Maker: Create custom designs with custom dimensions that contain your logo, other photos, texts, or any shapes in our shape library.

- Website Builder: Create a professional looking website with all basic information about your business, including your new logo, business description, image gallery, videos, contact details and forms, links to your social media accounts and many other features.

Does my subscription allow me to download unlimited logos?

Please note that, currently, we do not have a plan that allows you to download multiple logo designs. If you'd like to download additional logos, these need to be purchased separately.

That said, your subscription does give you unlimited access to our Suite of Design Tools which allow you to create branding (business card, letterhead, email signature), social media (profile picture, photo cover, post), print (poster, flyer, menus, etc.), web and other types of designs, with your new logo.

How can I access my subscription settings?

To see more details about your subscription, you can access My Account > Account Settings > Manage Subscription.

Does my subscription include free customization of the logo?

This will depend on the complexity of your customization request. We are happy to help on minor tweaks and changes you require (font or color changes) free of charge. However, for more advanced customization (adding more elements, changing shapes significantly, testing different variations), there might be an additional charge.

I don’t have time to create designs. Can you create them for me?

We understand if you prefer to focus on what you are good at. Let us take care of designing!

We offer a Professional Designer Support service to support all your design needs each month - from logo changes to social and print designs for marketing campaigns.

Why do I have to pay for printing? I thought this was already included in the package.

Please note that your subscription gives you unlimited access to our Suite of Design Tools which allow you to create branding (business card, letterhead, email signature), social media (profile picture, photo cover, post), print (poster, flyer, menus, etc.), web and other types of designs, with your new logo.

However, services like printing, domains and professional design support need to be purchased separately.
