Do you also offer printing services?
Absolutely! We are able to print business cards, t-shirts, caps mugs and other items.
Once you’ve purchased a logo, you may go to My Account > Printing, to see the options we offer.
Where can I include the specifications of the Printing Items I ordered?
Once you've placed a Print Order on our website, a member of our Printing Team will contact you to confirm when the order has been sent to production as well as provide a delivery date, or to request additional information needed to process your order.
Please make sure to check your Spam Folder for any communication from our team.
I’ve ordered some Print Items but I never designed anything.
If you’ve ordered some print items that were not associated with any design in particular, you will likely receive an email with the subject line “Order ID XXXXXXX: We need some details for your printing order" requesting some additional information from you. This will allow you to provide some necessary information for our team to design a mockup for you. Please be sure to check your Spam folder just in case or ask our team to resend this email.
Can I upload my own logo design to be printed?
Yes, even if you have gotten your logo design from a different company, we are happy to help print it for you. Please access My Account > Printing and find the option to “Upload your logo”. This will allow you to select a design from your own device and order printing with it.
How long does it take for a print order to be delivered?
Our Standard shipping takes up to 11 business days (not including weekends)
Our Express shipping takes up to 5 business days (not including weekends)
This time frame commences once your order has been sent to production by our team.
Our Printing Team will send a confirmation email once your order has been sent to production and provide an estimated delivery date. Moreover, once a tracking number becomes available they can provide this upon request.
How can I check on the status of my print order? Can you provide a tracking link?
After logging in to your account, please access My Account > Printing, and click on the logo or design associated with your print order. This will bring you to another page where you will be able to see the Print Order status as well as the Estimated Arrival Date. If this information is not available, please let our Customer Support team know and we will investigate further and provide an update.
Please note that for items where you have not created the design already, you should be receiving an email from our Printing Team, with a subject line “Order ID XXXXXXX: We need some details for your printing order" requesting some additional information from you. Please be sure to check your Spam folder just in case or ask our team to resend this email.
I’m not happy with the quality of the print product I received.
If you are not happy with the quality of the print product received, please describe what you are unsatisfied about and provide a photo of the issue. This will help us review your request and come back to you with a proposal.
