How do I add images to my design?

To add an image to your design, you can use the Design Editor available with your subscription. Simply log in to your account, navigate to My Account > All Designs and select the design you'd like to add an image to. In the Design Editor, you can select the "Images" option, and you will be presented with the option to add an image from our library of photos or you may upload your own. Please note that you will not be able to add images for logos, but only other types of designs.

How can I use my letterhead in Microsoft Word?

Once you have created and downloaded the letterhead you created using our design tools (preferably in JPG format), you are able to insert your letterhead design image by following these steps: double-click the 'header area' (this would make the header and footer area appear on the document) > insert  picture (select the design from your device) > Send the image to back or Set Wrapping Style to 'behind texts' > Resize the image to fit the document and save.

How can I create a design with specific dimensions?

If you need to create a design of specific dimensions, you can use our Customer Dimension tool. You may access it by navigating to My Account > Create New Design, and selecting the "Custom" option from the menu. You will be able to set up the Width and Height of the design in pixels, and start designing from a blank canvas.

How can I resize the size of my artwork area or canvas?

At the moment, our design tool does not support resizing the size of an existing canvas / artwork area. As a workaround, you can use our Custom Dimension tool. You may access it by navigating to My Account > Create New Design, and selecting the "Custom" option from the menu. You will be able to set up the Width and Height of the design in pixels, and start designing from a blank canvas to recreate the design in question.

How can I upload a font to the Design Editor?

At the moment, we don't support the functionality to upload external fonts to our Design Editor. We have a number of unique fonts that we encourage you to explore. If there is a particular font style that is not available on our design editor, please share your feedback with your team and our font designers will get to work on it.

How can I add a QR code to my design?

The QR code option is available in most of our design editors. To add a QR code to your design, open the "QR Code" option and: Select the type of content you would like to associate the QR code with (e.g. URL, email phone number), add the information you'd like the QR to direct to (e.g. your URL), select the logo icon style, and select the QR Code style. You may then click on the "Generate QR Code" button and it will be automatically added to your design.

How can I change the logo version on a design?

To change the logo version on a design, click on the logo in your design and, if there are other created versions of that logo, you will see the "Logo Versions" option displaying the different versions available. Simply click on the one you prefer and it should be swapped automatically.

How can I replace the background image in my design?

To replace the background image in your design, you will need to delete the current image and then add the one you'd like to replace it with. To do this in the Design Editor, select the image you would like to replace and click the "Delete" option or press the "Delete" key. Then, you can select the "Images" option, and you will be presented with the option to add an image from our library of photos or you may upload your own. Please note that you will not be able to add images to for logos, but only other type of designs.

I can't seem to select an element in my design.

If you are having trouble selecting an element in your design (e.g. when you click on it, a different element gets selected), it likely means that the element you are wanting to select is one layer behind it. You are able to select the "Layer" option and then use the "Send to back" feature to send the unwanted elemtn behind the one you'd like to select. This will then allow you to select the one you wanted to make edits to.
