Yes, once you've selected a winning design, the project moves into a design handover stage. In design handover, the designer and customer work together privately on a shared design handover page whereby they can discuss changes via a message board and customers can download the files uploaded by a designer.

On the handover page, customers are able to:

1. Download source files submitted by a designer
2. Send design change requests to the designer
3. Send messages to the designer
4. Approve designs
