Why is my payment for my design taking longer than 5 days?

The most likely cause of delay of payment are as follows:
  • The customer has requested some changes which require action before we can pay you
  • We are still in the process of performing Quality Assurance checks on your design (copyright checks, quality of vectors). We actively ensure all designs are of the highest quality and that the customer receives fully scalable vectors to work with. If there are any issues with this process, you will be contacted immediately via email or through the site.
  • The handover has not been approved by the contest-holder


We understand the importance of getting paid on time, however in some cases these steps are necessary to ensure the customers receive designs which they are happy with.
