How can I know the status of my payment?

Designers are now able to access the "Payout Logs" (Payouts > Payout Logs) Section. The goal is to provide real time update regarding the status of designer payments.

In the Payout Logs view, designers will find a list of all projects where they have won a prize with the following information:

1. The respective date the design was selected
2. The date payment was made
3. Payment method
4. Transaction ID
5. Amount
6. Project ID
7. Status

Designers can filter by status and sort by date selected (when the process was first initiated), payment date (when payment was completed) and status. The different statuses designers will be able to see are:

1. Interim status - Black - Your submission has been selected by the customer.
2. Pending status - Blue - Payment for your submission has been approved by the customer.
3. Approved status - Green - The DesignCrowd team have approved payment for your submission.
4. Completed status - White - Payment has been made to your account.
5. Held status - Yellow - Payment for your submission has been put on hold while inquiries are made.
6. Failed status - Red- An attempt at payment was made into your selected account, but the attempt failed. Please contact support for more information.
