What should I do if the customer is unresponsive during the handover phase?

Firstly, it's important to ensure that the 7 day handover time frame has already passed. If that is the case, contact our support team (support@designcrowd.com) and provide us with the Project ID Number.


The Designer Support Team will then follow up with the customer requesting they approve files or send you a message if there are any pending changes. If the customer remains unresponsive after several follow ups, our team may approve files on the customer's behalf if the project is Guaranteed.
