Why are some of my designs missing from my portfolio?

There are a few main reasons why a design would not be shown in your portfolio:

  1. The project you submitted to is a private project. That is, the customer has specified that they want to be as discreet as possible and do not want designs displayed to public users (not logged in).
  2. Designers have the ability to show and hide particular design submissions. This can be done from the Submissions tab in your My Profile page.
  3. Designs only show up in your portfolio once the project has closed and all designs are finalized.

If a project in the job list has a lock icon () next to it, this means the project is a private project. All designs submitted to private projects will not show up on your designer portfolio. Note that a minimum of 20 designs must be shown in your design portfolio at all times (unless you've not met the 20 minimum yet), so in order to "hide" a design, you must at least have 21 designs displayed.
